La Fleur de Sel, 3 Place du Châtel, 77160 Provins (crêpe restaurant). I had a galette (savory crepe) with seared scallops that was very tasty. The crepes were served with a traditional hard cider.

AirBnB - we stayed at an Airbnb overlooking the sweeping countryside, and honestly this was the highlight of our trip. While there, we took advantage of the terrace and sipping on some of the local rose liquor.

Banquet des Troubadours 14 Rue Saint-Thibault, 77160 Provins (medieval feast). Be prepared to sit with strangers and have a good laugh. Endless wine and delicious food...worth it!

Roseraie de Provins - unbelievably gorgeous rose garden. Do not miss this if you are here in the summer!

SUMMARY
We had heard about this magical little place a few times from people we knew. After doing some research, I quickly realized we had to get there during the summer to experience the medieval feast. I had been to a couple feasts like this back in the US, but I must say this took it to another level! The food was a very high quality and the wine kept flowing all night. The show during the meal was also very entertaining and great for all ages. Visiting this little medieval village was one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. Two thumbs up!
